2. Home Remedies For Headache:

1. Eating an apple every morning, is very beneficial in headaches. Continue eating apples with a little salt for at least a few weeks. 

2. Hot foot baths are also very good for headaches. Keep legs in a bucket or tub filled with hot of 40-50 degrees C, to which a common salt has been added. Do it for at least 15 minutes every night before going to bed. Continue doing it for at least 2-3 weeks for good results.

3. Cinnamon is very beneficial in headaches happening because of exposure to cold air. Prepare a paste with this spice by mixing it with water. Apply it over the forehead and temples to obtain relief.

4. Take one-fourth teaspoon of black pepper powder, and mix it with half a teaspoon of ginger juice and a teaspoon of honey. Apply this on your temples and forehead. This mixture may irritate the skin but it provides relief from headaches. 

5. Drink fresh buttermilk if the headache is due to indigestion. It may give good results.

6. Take half an inch of ginger ( grated or crushed ) a pinch of sugar, and a pinch of black salt, and add the juice of one lemon to a glass of warm water. Drink this mixture. It helps a lot with a headache.
